About Eve
For more than two decades, Eve Novikova built her career in one of the world’s most demanding industries — leading complex international events, exhibitions, trade delegations and cultural projects across multiple countries, often under relentless pressure, constant travel and high-stakes deadlines.
Outwardly, it looked like success.
Behind the scenes, however, years of high performance, chronic stress, sleeplessness and emotional overload were slowly taking their toll.
Like many ambitious women, Eve had learned to function under constant pressure while balancing leadership, motherhood, international business and the invisible emotional responsibilities that so often come with modern success. Exhaustion became normal. Stress became routine. Pushing through became a way of life.
After years of operating at full speed, the combination of burnout, personal upheaval and the global pause created by Covid forced a profound reassessment of everything she believed success was supposed to look like.
What followed became the beginning of a deep personal transformation.
Through meditation, inner work and a complete shift in lifestyle, Eve rebuilt her physical health, emotional resilience, mental clarity and sense of purpose — discovering that true wellbeing is not separate from performance, leadership or success, but the very foundation that sustains them.
Today, Eve combines her extensive international business background with a growing body of work focused on conscious leadership, wellbeing, sustainability, culture and purpose-led impact.
As the founder of IDA World, she continues to work on global projects spanning international trade, cultural diplomacy, regenerative agriculture, sustainability initiatives, tourism, leadership forums and large-scale international events, while also speaking about burnout, resilience, conscious leadership and the hidden emotional cost of high-performance careers.
Her work bridges two worlds rarely brought together:
high-level international business and leadership,
and the inner transformation required to sustain meaningful success without self-destruction.
Eve is particularly passionate about helping individuals and organisations rethink modern success, emotional resilience and leadership in a world increasingly affected by burnout, stress, disconnection and environmental imbalance.
Her talks and work explore themes including:
sustainable high performance,
conscious leadership,
women and invisible pressure,
emotional resilience,
purpose after success,
wellbeing in high-pressure environments,
and the connection between personal transformation and wider societal change.
She believes that many of the skills developed in high-performance careers — resilience, discipline, strategic thinking, adaptability and leadership — are precisely the capabilities the world urgently needs to address some of its greatest challenges, from human wellbeing and inequality to sustainability, regeneration and rebuilding harmony with nature.
Today, her mission is not simply to speak about wellbeing, but to help create a more conscious, sustainable and human-centred approach to success, leadership and impact.
Because real success should never cost us our health, relationships, purpose or ourselves.
