About Eve

Eve Novikova is an international event strategist turned keynote speaker whose personal transformation sparked a mission: to show how the mind can unlock resilience, energy, and wellbeing in business and life.

This keynote speech—and Eve’s upcoming book The Mind Diet—was born from personal experience.

For years, Eve lived in the rhythm of relentless doing: running a successful events logistics company, managing global projects, and balancing family life. Like many, she wore ambition and resilience as badges of honour, believing that sleepless nights, exhaustion, and emotional strain were simply the cost of success.

Then, in 2020, the world stopped—and so did she.

Within two weeks, every international project Eve had built was cancelled. Her professional identity collapsed almost overnight. Outwardly, she stayed composed. Inwardly, she was burned out, anxious, and unable to name what she was going through.

She knew she needed a different path. Her search led her deep into Eastern philosophy, somatic healing, and the emotional roots of wellbeing. What began as the hardest challenge of her life became the greatest blessing. She lost over 20 kilograms, healed chronic sleep issues, and, most importantly, reconnected with a sense of peace and vitality she didn’t know was possible.

That journey became The Mind Diet—a guide she wishes she had when she needed it most. It distils the knowledge and tools that helped her transform, structured around five pillars:

  • Emotional Nutrition – how our thoughts act as nourishment—or junk—for our wellbeing.

  • Root-Cause Healing – uncovering the emotional and energetic sources of stress, anxiety, and exhaustion.

  • Energy Awareness – recognising how language, frequency, and focus shape our inner and outer health.

  • Tools for Change – practical prompts, meditations, and rituals for real transformation.

  • A Heart-Centred Approach – blending neuroscience, mindfulness, and somatic psychology in an accessible way.

Today, Eve shares this work through her speaking and writing because she sees what’s at stake. Burnout, emotional numbness, sleep problems, and chronic stress are everywhere—often ignored until they erupt into crisis.

Her mission is simple: to show that true healing begins with understanding ourselves—our mind, our emotions, and our body.
